Originally from Cedarburg, Wisconsin, she is a practicing attorney and resident of Watertown, Wisconsin. She has been an associate with the law firm of Neuberger, Wakeman, Lorenz, Griggs, & Sweet since 2005.

She is licensed to practice law before all courts in Wisconsin, is a member of the Wisconsin Bar Association, and the Jefferson County and Dodge County Bar Associations. She currently serves as President of the Jefferson County Bar Association.

She graduated from Ball State University cum laude in 2000 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and English. She graduated from Marquette University Law School in May, 2004.

Her practice emphasis is in family law and civil litigation.

She enjoys many outdoor activities including tennis, swimming, and gardening. She is a supporter and promoter of community arts programs and currently serves on the Board of the Watertown Community Art Council.
