Originally from Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, he graduated from the Wisconsin Lutheran College in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts degree with majors in Philosophy and European History. While an undergraduate student, he participated in a number of on-campus volunteer groups and played on the college’s baseball and football teams.

Attorney Geis graduated, with honors, from Marquette University Law School in 2015. While in law school, he interned for Wisconsin Governor’s Office of Legal Counsel and also at the Wisconsin Supreme Court. Additionally, he worked as a research assistant for two of his professors, Peter Rofes and Nadelle Grossman, and volunteered at the Marquette Volunteer Legal Clinic and the Marquette Legal Initiative for Non-Profits. He was an Associate Editor for the Marquette Law Review.

Attorney Geis practices in a range of legal areas. He has experience representing clients in court as to both civil and criminal matters. He also practices in the areas of real estate, business and corporate law.
Attorney Geis is licensed to practice law in the State of Wisconsin and before the United States District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Wisconsin State Bar Association, and the Dodge County Bar Association.

Apart from his legal work, Attorney Geis enjoys spending time with his wife, Katie, participating in numerous sports leagues, reading books on ancient history, and playing with his three cats.
